Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and refund requests if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Certain items, such as custom orders, intimate apparel, or final sale products, may not qualify for returns or refunds.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Your order number.
  2. Reason for the return or refund.
  3. Photos of the item (if defective or damaged).

After approval, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us at neoqualitypk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items.
